Junior Graphic Designer | HiTech
Position Overview
HiTech is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team.
This role is suitable for someone at the beginning of their design career who has a strong understanding of visual design fundamentals and is eager to develop their skills while working on real projects across branding, digital marketing, websites, presentations, and technology products.
The ideal candidate is organized, open to feedback, able to work within deadlines, and comfortable adapting creative concepts across different digital formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visual content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Support the development and implementation of brand identities and visual guidelines.
- Adapt existing designs across different sizes, platforms, and formats while maintaining visual consistency.
- Prepare graphics and visual assets for websites, digital products, and UI/UX projects.
- Work closely with the team to understand project requirements and translate briefs into clear and professional designs.
- Maintain organized source files, folders, layers, and editable design assets.
- Review and update designs based on internal and client feedback.
- Manage multiple design tasks while meeting agreed deadlines.
- Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts to ongoing projects.
Requirements
- Good understanding of typography, layout, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good working knowledge of Figma.
- Experience with Canva is considered an advantage.
- Ability to create clean, modern, and professional designs.
- Ability to adapt designs across social media, presentations, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to receive and apply feedback professionally.
- Good time management and ability to work within deadlines.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- A portfolio demonstrating 3–5 strong design projects.
